Conference

In 2017, our company organized the first AskNow conference in the beautiful surroundings of the Liblice chateau.

This AskNow conference was held with focus on the topic "Increasing guest satisfaction in the spa through immediate feedback."

The conference ended with a culture program and dinner. The well-known Czech actor Jan Revai was a host in a talk show, and the program was accompanied   with nice musical songs performed by the Czech musical singer Kateřina Šildová.

Finally the AskNow Award was also presented for an innovative approach in using immediate guest feedback.

The price was awarded to Ing. Jan Koutný from IMPERIAL Hotel Karlovy Vary.

We believe and  we look forward to welcome our clients and guests for the second year of our AskNow conference in the near future.
